What's the difference between plans?

Day Pass unlocks all catalog themes for 24 hours and keeps one SnapDate in progress and photos on this device. Monthly or Annual is the membership: catalog, custom hunts, unlimited in-progress SnapDates, and cloud backup while subscribed. Annual is about $3.33/month.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?

SnapDate Monthly and Annual renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Day Pass does not auto-renew.

How do I cancel?

On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SnapDate. You can also tap Manage Subscription on the Premium screen in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access continues until the end of the current period. Deleting your SnapDate account does not cancel billing.

Does Day Pass auto-renew?

No. Day Pass is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. You get 24 hours of catalog access. If you start a hunt during that window, you can finish it after the pass expires. Cloud backup and custom SnapDates are Monthly or Annual only.

What happens to my SnapDates?

Your SnapDate progress syncs to your account. Completed collages stay on your device. Cloud photo backup runs only while you have a Monthly or Annual membership. When that membership ends, hosted photos are removed from our servers; you keep the on-device copies. Day Pass expiry does not delete your completed SnapDates.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. That restores Day Pass, Monthly, or Annual access already billed to your Apple ID, plus any leftover Weekly membership from an earlier version.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies. SnapDate does not issue refunds directly. Contact support if you have questions.

How many free dates do I get?

You get two free SnapDates from the unlocked themes in each collection. The rest stay locked until you unlock tonight, this month, or all year. Day Pass, Monthly, or Annual opens all 600+ catalog themes.

What does Premium unlock?

Day Pass unlocks the full catalog for 24 hours. Monthly or Annual adds custom hunts, unlimited in-progress SnapDates, and cloud backup. Choose the pass for tonight, Monthly to keep this month going, or Annual for the best value.
