Your SnapDate progress syncs to your account. Completed collages stay on your device. Cloud photo backup runs only while you have an Annual membership. Open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. That restores Day Pass or Annual access already billed to your Apple ID, plus any leftover Monthly or Weekly membership from an earlier version.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies. SnapDate does not issue refunds directly. Contact support if you have questions.
