SnapDate is a mobile application that provides themed photo scavenger hunt experiences for couples and individuals. The App allows users to:

  • Browse and select themed photo challenges
  • Capture photos based on prompts
  • Save and organize their photo collections
  • Access premium themes and features (with subscription)

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 Account Creation

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information

4. USER CONTENT

4.1 Your Content

  • You retain all rights to photos and content you create using the App
  • By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the service
  • You are solely responsible for the content you create and share

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains viruses or malicious code
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION

5.1 Subscription Terms

  • Premium subscriptions provide access to exclusive themes and features
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

5.2 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
